We are looking for a technically skilled student or recent graduate to help us maintain, improve, and modernise ENAI’s digital infrastructure. The traineeship runs until the end of 2026 (approximately 5–6 months depending on start date), with the possibility of extension and a job offer for outstanding trainees.

What you will do

WordPress Management

  • Maintain and administer three ENAI WordPress websites
  • Keep all sites functional, secure, and up to date
  • Modernise design and improve user experience where needed
  • Implement automation to reduce manual administrative work

Member Portal & Interactive Tools

  • Help adapt and develop ENAI’s Member Portal (working with an existing base, not from scratch)
  • Support and improve interactive tools: Glossary for Academic Integrity and Self-evaluation Tool
  • Maintain and develop the Database of Educational Materials

General IT Support

  • Provide general IT assistance to the ENAI team as needs arise
  • Participate in regular team meetings for updates and task planning

What we look for

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in IT, computer science, or web development
  • Solid hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, custom configurations)
  • Basic front-end skills: HTML, CSS, PHP; JavaScript is a plus
  • Basic written English for team communication
  • Reliable, solution-oriented, able to work independently
  • Open to candidates from anywhere — no Czech residency required

What we offer

  • Monthly stipend of 5,000 CZK / 200 EUR
  • ~20 hours/month — fully flexible, work from home
  • Certificate of completion
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Academic credit recognition at your home university
  • Erasmus+ traineeship support and documentation
  • Possibility of extension beyond end of 2026
  • Possibility of a job offer for outstanding trainees
