  • Communicate with the Portal’s mentors to ensure they respond to cases in a timely manner
  • Keep the portal coordinator informed of mentor status and escalate where needed
  • Anonymise case descriptions and help develop real-life examples for educational and promotional purposes
  • Assist with the promotion and outreach of the portal

EU Project Support — SIMPLIFY & ETHICS

  • Assist the Project Manager in project coordination, dissemination activities, and data collection
  • Help with promotional activities: social media posts, newsletters, partner updates
  • Handle first-contact outreach to universities and institutions
  • Assist with contacting and coordinating project partners
  • Support general email communication on behalf of the team

General Office Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to help the team function smoothly
  • Participate in regular team meetings for updates and task planning

What we look for

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (any field welcome)
  • Background in communications, social sciences, education, or related areas is an advantage
  • Strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Interest in academic integrity, research ethics, or higher education
  • Open to candidates from anywhere — no Czech residency required

What we offer

  • Monthly stipend of 4,000 CZK / 160 EUR
  • ~20 hours/month — fully flexible, work from home
  • Certificate of completion
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Academic credit recognition at your home university
  • Erasmus+ traineeship support and documentation
  • Possibility of extension beyond end of 2026
  • Possibility of a job offer for outstanding trainees
