WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN THESE WAYS AND FOR THESE PURPOSES

  • WE WILL USE THE NAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES YOU PROVIDED FOR:
    • contacting you and informing you about the state and result of your application
    • sending you the invoice
    • contacting you about prolongation of your membership/individual supporter status
    • informing you about and inviting you to the Annual General Meeting
  • WE NEED YOUR CONSENT TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
    • We need the names and email to be able to communicate with you about your application and to be able to communicate with your institution’s representative (e. g. to invite them to the Annual General Meeting)
    • In the case of an individual supporter, we need your name and address to be able to issue an invoice for you
  • For individual supporters
    • After processing your application we will ask you if you agree with listing your name in the public list of individual supporters. You can freely decide to agree or disagree.
    • You can always contact us at info@academicintegrity.eu to remove your name from the list mentioned above.

YOUR CONSENT TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA IS VALID ONLY FOR THESE NATURAL AND LEGAL PERSONS

  • YOUR REQUEST INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROCESSED BY:

    • Only in electronic form in the Google Drive service, the respective files and folders are accessible to the office manager, executive manager and the Board

  • This consent is informed and voluntary – you do so by filling in the application and by submitting the application by clicking on the “Send” button.
  • You can disagree with the storage and processing or modification of the stored information by sending a request to the email info@academicintegrity.eu.
  • We will store your data in the Google Drive service, but we do not sell or provide the data to any third party.
