ENAI is seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing organization and coordinate our activities!

We are looking for a person with good knowledge of the ENAI community and academic integrity to coordinate ENAI’s activities, provide support to members and working groups, coordinate our research projects and help us grow further. ENAI does not have any physical office, i.e. all work is supposed to be done remotely. Hardware equipment and internet connection are borne by the employee. ENAI provides necessary software licences. We are looking for either one person working full time, or two people working part-time.

💼 Position title:
ENAI Executive Director & Project Manager

🔍 Tasks and responsibilities:
-Coordination of events (conferences, training events, webinars, etc.) and other activities organised by ENAI (newsletter, etc.)
-Maintenance and development of ENAI’s website and resources
-Coordination of the Victim Support Portal
-Management of ENAI’s research projects and development of project outputs – Erasmus+ FAITH & Erasmus+ ETHICS
-Administrative staff management
-Provide support towards ENAI members
-Provide support towards ENAI working groups

🎓 Requirements:
-EU citizenship or permission to work in the EU
-Proactive approach, responsibility, self-organisation
-Master degree
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken
-Active involvement in activities related to academic integrity for at least three years
-Experience with conducting training activities on topics related to academic integrity
-Proved experience in research project management

📚 Additional qualifications:
The following are not requirements but are an advantage:
-PhD degree
-Previous experience with ENAI – active participation in at least one working group
-Pedagogical experience at a higher education institution
-Experience with international project management
-Experience with research in the area of academic integrity
-Knowledge of the Czech language (because of communication with Czech authorities)
-Publication track in the fields of academic/research integrity and research ethics

Conditions:
Specific conditions are subject to mutual agreement between the candidate and the Board. Salary and other employment benefits will respect the rates for the candidate’s home country and ENAI abilities.
